HOT WEATHER PRECAUTIONS
- To ensure that your chocolates arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, we prefer to ship your order on a Monday,Tuesday or Wednesday. Delayed delivery of chocolates may occur if the weather is extremely hot . At the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company we pack the chocolates with refrigerant packs to maintain a cool temperature during the shipping period.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- We deliver to most places along the East Coast within Australia. If you are in an area where we do not deliver your money will be refunded back to you.
- Postage and handling within Australia will incur a flat fee of $18.50.
- To ensure that your chocolates arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, we prefer to ship your order on a Monday,Tuesday or Wednesday. Delayed delivery of chocolates may occur if the weather is extremely hot .
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
- All orders will require a signature. When you order your items, make sure you include clear instructions to leave it without a signature in the delivery instructions.
- We cannot accept responsibility if the provided delivery address is either incorrect or incomplete, if the intended recipient isn’t at the address or our deliverer cannot gain access to the address provided. In the unlikely event that an order is not received, please contact us immediately.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- At this time we do not ship internationally.
